Age has and will always be a number. Your looks shouldn't tell your age. No one wants to wake up looking older than they should be. This may sometimes remind you how close you are to death lol. It is everyone's dream to look and feel younger each day.

Eating good foods, using good products plus cosmetics and avoiding some habits may help you achieve this. This is all about determination and effort(s).

Adapting to a lifestyle could be difficult. Difficult because you might just wake up one-day and get bored with all this. It could be easy when you treat this like you need this to live.

→ Avoid (too much) sugar

→ Drink more water

Water is life but did you know water is beauty? For a moment lets forget about water's first quality, hydration. Keep in mind that water help wash and clean toxins from the body. When it comes to aging, water improves your skin by moisturizing and maintaining your skin's elastic. What does this mean? It means you're not going to lose your skin's elastic easily and give chance to wrinkles to invade your beauty.

→ Consume Fermented Foods

Fermented food has been the trending food for 2017. This has been all over blogs and social platform. Aside from its digestive benefits, it is also good for the skin. Fermented foods contain probiotic which improves the microbiota of the skin and protect the skin against damages that cause wrinkles and aging.

→ Workout daily

Research shows that gray hair may be caused by a number of factors, including by not limited to stress. And how do you reduce stress? Of course, you need to exercise.  Workout! Workout!  Workout! Move gray hair a mile away from you each time you visit the gym. Workouts also improve blood circulation. Science proves that stress is a major cause of premature aging after sunburn and sex is one way of controlling stress. Sex also helps you sleep well and prevent heart illness. However, too much sex in kids might affect your appearance by making you look even older.

→ Eschew smoking and excessive alcohol

The more you smoke the more you prevent oxygen and blood from moving freely. You'll start to wrinkle when blood stops flowing properly to all parts of your body, especially to your skin tissues. Alcohol, on the other hand, dries up your system causing dehydration and leaving your skin dry and prone to wrinkles.
