5 Healthy Smoothies You Should Try Now

Do you like smoothies? I do and I know many others do too. Smoothies are sweet, healthy and nutritious but it all comes down to how you prepare them. Try to avoid too much-added sugar when making yourself a cup of smoothie to ensure you enjoy your smoothie without future regrets. J

1. Blueberry-Pear
This smoothie is prepared with berries (blue) and pear. It is very healthy and nutritious. This is how you can go about it.

Method:
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries,
1 chopped pear,
1 ½ cups each maple or plain yogurt and ice
Sugar (the amount you prefer).
Blend all together and serve chilled.

2. Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie

Method
1c cold apple juice
1 ripe banana
1 kiwifruit
5 frozen strawberries
1½ tsp honey

2 cups spinach
1 chopped peeled apple
